Having a photographer outside of a Hermès event in NYC? Groundbreaking. But really, while we’ve had ample Hermès coverage recently on-site, I won’t pass up an opportunity to see some of the brand’s rarest and most beautiful bags in the wild.
A couple of weeks ago, Hermès brought back its playful Petit h event to its NYC store and held a kick-off party to celebrate. Our NYC photographer was there to capture the content and give us a little peek at what the brand’s VIPs carried to the event.
There were some really special bags – like the Kelly Doll in Bleu Zellige Matte Alligator and a handful of Quelle Idole bags. I am drawn to the brand’s Ombre Lizard bags in my fake ‘when I finally win the lottery’ world.
Who am I kidding? In my ‘I won the lottery’ world, I would scoop up so many random, curious, and unique Hermès bags that you’d call me tacky. That’s fine; I volunteer as a tribute to that title.
